A Passion & Love for Food
Hi, My name is Arunee. I have a passion and love for Thai food, and would love to share it with you. It all began when I was young living with my grandparents in Ubon Ratchatani, Thailand. My grandma thought me how to cook, while I helped her prepare food for the whole family.
I still remember every time when we sat down and ate togther. There was complete silence, and all I could see was the smiles on my families faces. I knew they enjoyed it ,and it made me happy. That feeling still reflects in the work I do today, when I see our customers enjoy their food.
Authentic Thai Flavors
Growing up I always knew I wanted to learn more about cooking and decided to move to Australia where I studied to become a qualified chef.
Combining Commercial and Asian Cookery, enabled me to put my own signiture on my food. After having worked in several restaurants and pubs, I always found that I ended up creating my own style of cooking using my own recipes, honoring authenticity Thai flavors while using local WA ingredients.

I always knew that I wanted to have my own restaurant and after meeting Paul who had the same passion for food (plus also being trained chef), we set our goal to one day have our own business.
After getting married and having 3 kids, we wanted to spend more time togther as a family and felt it was a good idea to combine our passion with family life. Paul believed in me and wanted to make my dream come true so we decided to build our restaurant on wheels. It allows us to work togther as a family, instead of working apart.
We both enjoy every minute sharing our love and passion for food and serving it to all our loyal customers. We are proud to use WA local produce, fresh vegies, high quality meat and Australian seafood.
